As a former Army Officer, Mr. Rippen has held management roles in organizations such as United Technologies, Thermo Electron, and most recently at SRI International where he served as the Director of Engineering for Marine and Space Technologies.
He holds Bachelors Degrees in Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology from Florida Atlantic University, a Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and has completed his coursework for a PhD in Engineering and Technology Management at North Central University.

Before forming FlySwipe, Bill was the founder and president of Williams Software Inc. and Intellimatic Inc. Intellimatic, with its international office based in Costa Rica, specializes in artificial intelligence and database software design and development. Bill managed more than 100 employees and contractors.
He has successfully created over 100 software applications for various industries and is the author and developer of several patent pending-technologies. Bill was also the CTO and CIO of Take 5 Solutions headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. Bill achieved his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY, Stony Brook NY and his MBA from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
Darrin Carlomagno is the Executive Vice President of sales with over 10 years experience in leadership and national sales spanning the data, financial and travel industries. Darrin leads the company’s direction in all avenues of sales and marketing material, creating new avenues of revenue and managing the sales-force for FlySwipe. In addition, Darrin handles all the day to day operations for the sales team and is responsible for managing client relations, as well as on-boarding new clients. He is a veteran in the information technology market and has held key leadership roles in sales, general management, marketing, branding and advertising. Prior to joining Flyswipe, Darrin held a position as national account manager for Take 5 Media overseeing the marketing & branding for numerous fortune 1000 accounts.
Darrin has an easy going style that people feel at ease with. His creative ability along with customer relationships empowers him to make key decisions that ultimately drive success.
After attending Manhattan college, he had a career start in an investment brokerage firm on Wall Street. In addition to his professional achievements, Darrin also pursued his interest in the entertainment industry. After attending The William Esper Studios in NYC he graduated from the New York Film Academy and was a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Prior to Equifax, Alex was a director of sales for internet marketing at TargitMail and FirstPop. Alex is also a founder of Take 5 Solutions based in Boca Raton, FL. His sales and marketing expertise is derived from more than 10 years' experience in international business. He holds a BA from Amherst College and MA from the University of Kentucky's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce.
